Before I went, I did the minimum requirement for almost all things, and did them with a poor attitude. After I went through the complete experience it’s like I was able to hack into my brain and change the way I see myself, to the way God sees me.

I now know who I am. I now know that I don't have to perform for anybody...I now have much more power...and more freedom. I can now give this to my athletes and help them create, commit, and show up.
